I made a deposit at a drive up teller and I cannot find my deposit slip. Can I get a copy of it?

We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble locating your deposit slip, and we'll be more than happy to help!
Here at TD Bank, we're happy to provide copies for things such as checks, statements, and even deposit slips. In the event that a copy is needed, you're more than welcome to contact us in whichever method is the most convenient for you, and we'll be happy to have your copy either printed, or mail to you. Before doing so, it's important to note that a fee may be applied for copy request, and you're welcome to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK to learn more.
When you're ready to make your request, you're first welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. By doing so, a Representative should be able to provide you with copies on the spot! To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, that's okay! You can also connect with us either over the phone, or by secure message, to make your request. To reach a Banking Specialists by phone, simply dial 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To send a secure message, you'll first want to log into your Online Banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you opt to send a secure message, please be sure to include all the information for your deposit, such as the amount and date, so that a Specialist may successfully process your request.
