I had a youth account (I am still not 19) and I would get charged e transfer fees for sending transfers (in Canada). I recently got convinced that I need to upgrade my account as I turned 18, but when I checked online I saw that a youth account was for youth under 19 years of age. I am not yet 19. I have since changed my account due to the confusion from TD workers and have not gotten any help as to how to deal with my mistaken e transfer fees.

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Anja, and we'd be glad to help you connect.
If you're referring to your account with TD Bank in the US, we recommend reaching out to a Banking Specialist directly to discuss your concerns.
To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for online access, you can send a secure message. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
If you're referring to your account held by TD Canada Trust, we recommend reaching them directly by choosing a contact option here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
After you connect with a Banking Specialist, they will be glad to review your account and concerns directly. We apologize that we're unable to do so via TD Helps because it is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We look forward to hearing from you, Anja. Have a good morning.
