We can understand that it can be frustrating when you're having trouble with making transactions with your account. As we would like to assist you directly; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We recommend contacting a friendly Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. After account verification, we can make sure that the address associated with your debit card is correct. If you use TD Bank Online Banking to access your account information online, you may also send a message to us securely after logging in by clicking the "Customer Service" tab, and then clicking the "Send a Message" link.
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll for online banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
