I am making purchases on ebay but it do not allow me. following are the remarks on ebay site, although i have still my limit unutilised//////;
"Unfortunately, we can't process this payment. Here are your options:
Double-check your card details and billing address.
Call your card provider. There might be a hold on your account.
Select a different payment option."

You are also able to send a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
