Hi, I'm trying to set up a bank-to-bank transfer from my account at another bank to TD Bank but when I enter the account number and bank zip code it won't accept it. Is there a special format for the account number and possibly a special zip code +4 that I need to use. I tried all of the Maine zip codes and the Mt. Laurel zip.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Justin. We will be glad to assist you.
We apologize for any confusion. If you are initiating an external transfer via TD Banks website, only the account and routing number is needed. No zip code is required.
If you are initiating this transfer from another financial institutions site, please contact the other institution for troubleshooting.
Please reach out to us again though if you have any further questions. Have a great day!
