I would like to send money from my business checking at TD Bank to my personal checking account at Members First Credit Union each and every week (set amount). Can I set this up online or do I need to stop in at one of your location here in Manchester, NH?

Thanks for stopping by with your question, James! We're happy to have you and will be glad to review our transfer options with you.
As one of our business Customers, if you are currently using our BusinessDirect online platform, via this feature you'll be able to send funds by ACH (direct deposit) to other accounts. Kindly note that to use this service, you must first be enrolled for ACH transfers and each batch sent has a fee of $10.00 at this time (subject to change). To enroll, you are welcome to log in to your BusinessDirect account here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and click the "ACH" tab for instructions to enroll.
If you are not already enrolled for BusinessDirect, we'll be glad to help you do so. Please begin here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 and complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, Visa debit card number, your business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within two business days that contains your initial User ID and Password. For any assistance you may need with enrollment, or if you don't have some of the info required, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store. Once enrolled, you can call a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562 using Option 2 for support.
As another option, you're also more than welcome to use our free Bill Pay feature, also available online when you log in under the Bill Pay tab. To begin using Bill Pay, after clicking this tab you will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! Please follow any prompts to get started.
When paying an individual (such as yourself) via Bill Pay, kindly note that the funds will be sent in the form of a paper check. We recommend speaking with your credit union to determine if you'll be able to have the check sent directly to your local branch there, or to any banking-by-mail service they may have, for deposit to your account. For any questions or assistance using this feature, we invite you to use the number listed above at Option 3 for support.
Otherwise, we recommend that you speak with your credit union directly to see if they're able to assist you. If they offer any type of transfer feature, you may be able to request funds to be taken from your TD Bank account and deposited to your credit union account via their services.
To review all of the options that may apply to your account in particular, we encourage you to give us a call. Please reach one of our Tech Support Specialists as mentioned above (using either option) and we'll be glad to see what may be available for you. Or, come see us at any TD Bank Store listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores!
We hope this helps you get started with your transfers. James. All the best and enjoy your night!
