I am trying to set up email alerts regarding statements. I only see SMS as an option. Are you not offering email alerts?

Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Tracey! We are more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
Based on the information we received, you're trying to enroll for paperless statements via our online banking.
In order to enroll for paperless statements, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and U.S. Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
Just in case if you are having difficulties setting this up or you don't have U.S. Social Security number at this time, you can call us at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be happy to walk you through this. You could also stop by your local TD Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have a business account and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, and you have your ATM/debit card, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. After you select the link provided above, please choose "Business" from the drop down box and click on "Continue." Please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password. If you do not have an ATM/debit card for your business, please visit your local TD Bank Store for further assistance.
Once you are logged onto your online account, please follow the steps below to elect to go paperless statements for an account:
1. Click on “Accounts”
2. Click on “Statements”
3. After specifying the account you want to go paperless, click on "Turn off paper statements"
You will need to follow these steps for each account you wish to be paperless.
Please note; once your accounts are enrolled for paperless statements, our system will automatically generate an email alert and send to you when your monthly statement is ready to be reviewed online.
If you're referring to your TD Visa Credit Card, you may contact a TD Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861 for further assistance.
We hope this helps and feel free to come by again, Tracey!

This is not what I am looking for. I have a TD Business Visa. I would like to set up reminders to alert me when my bill is due. I did not receive my last statement and am concerned. I do not want late fees and interest charges. I would prefer to pay when due. If I have an email alert set up for one week before payment is due, I can schedule a payment. Is this clear?
