I am traveling in Vietnam (and had appropriately let my bank know ahead of time.) Until today I had no problems using my bank card here and it's suddenly being declined. I have checked the transaction history and everything is fine, but I can no longer use my card at ATMs. I do not have a way to call the 24 hour support line, internet acess only. What can I do about this?

We're sorry that you are experiencing difficulties with your debit card. We'll be more than happy to help!
While you are out of the country you may send us a Secured Message from within your Online Banking account regarding your debit card. Please log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then on the left hand side of the page you'll see the option to Send a Message under the Message Center. In your message please detail the issue you're having with your card. Also, if you have not yet given us your travel locations and dates, we recommend sending this information in your note.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
We'd also like to confirm the telephone numbers to dial while you're out of the country as you mentioned you were having trouble connecting with us. You may call us from outside the US by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone.
