The other day, I received an e-mail from TD concerning the availability of debit cards with the EMV chip. Are all of the TD branches now issuing debit cards with the EMV chip, or just certain branches? Thank you.

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Edward. We'll be happy to help!
You'll be happy to know that most of our Store locations have begun issuing Visa Debit cards which include chip (EMV) technology! Before visiting your Store location, we recommend contacting them directly to insure this is a service they are able to provide. To view all of our Store locations, as well as their contact information and Store hours, you may view the link provided here http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
You may also request a Chip enabled Debit Card by reaching out to us directly by telephone, or by sending a Secure Message through your Online Banking! Feel free to give us a call, 24/7, at 888-751-9000, and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to submit this request for you. If you'd rather send a Secure Message to make this request, you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You may do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see the option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In order to process your request via secured message for your debit card to be mailed to an address other than what is on file, we ask that you reply back to us with the following information:
Full account number
Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent Fed Ex
Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your reply with this information, we will be able to process your request! Whichever method you choose to take advantage of, your new card will arrive to you via mail in approximately 7-10 business days. These will arrive with instructions so you can familiarize yourself with this type of card, as well as some FAQs for you. For more details, along with FAQs, please also visit: https://go.td.com/1Ex8IvZ.
We hope this helps, Edward. Please enjoy the rest of your day, and have a great weekend.
