We are a business. The customer we have a contract with was issued a check from his insurance company in both his name and our business name. I understand now that the endorsement authorization and release form needs to be signed and notarized when we deposit the check. Can we pick up a blank form to give to the homeowner to get notarized when he is able to?

Hi Becky. Thanks for reaching out to us.
In order to have this check deposited to your business account, an Endorsement Release Form will need to be signed by the other payee. We apologize; we are unable to provide blank Endorsement Release Forms. Please visit a local TD Bank Store with the individual who is also named on the check so that they can provide ID and sign the form in one of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If the other payee is unable to visit a Store with you, we recommend reaching out to leadership at your local Store to discuss if any other options are available. You can find contact info and hours for any of our Stores by using the link above.
We hope this info help, Becky. Have a great weekend.
