Since there are a number of reasons why you may not be able to submit your payment, we kindly ask you to give one of our Tech Support Specialists a call anytime it's convenient for you at 800-493-7562 (option 2 for the Small Business Team). They're available 24/7 and would be glad to review what's happening with your Bill Pay account and suggest a solution. We'd love to assist you directly, but since TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we don't have access to your account information that we need to verify the payment for you.
