Who do I contact at TD bank to get a corrected 1099 R from 2013? The distribution code was incorrectly entered. IRS will not process my 1040x without it. Thank you

If there is information listed incorrectly on your 1099, we ask that you contact us directly at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we would be happy to help. You should then receive your amended 1099R form within 14 days from the requested date.
