I am curious about the commercial ways of Escrow account. Seller is located in Korea and buyer is located in Canada. I am from Korea. We would like to have some protection from our buyer. Thus, I wonder if this canada buyer can open escrow account for us in Canada. So, when he receives the product amount from his buyer (like Ebay or something), he is not able to withdraw the amount from the bank account unless we(Seller) agrees. Then, he(buyer) can remit the amount owed to us by remittance.
Is thi possible option to do? If os, please do advise us what process is required and what documents are required.
Thank you and look forward to hearing from you soon. (this is really urgent matter now) () It would be great if I can receive the reply by email as well.......

Thanks for connecting with us, Lomi
We'd like to take this time to inform you that you've reached TD Bank here in the State. Based on your inquiry, we believe you may be looking to connect with our friends up North.
Before we point you in the right direction, we'd like to mention that typically Escrow accounts are for landlord tenants or attorneys. To better assist you with your inquiry, we invite you to connect with our friends at TD Canada Trust by visiting their TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1qHQQns.
We hope this helps, Lomi. Have a great day.
