I am buying a car, long distance. I want to set up an escrow account to do the transaction, where I deposit the money in an escrow account and the seller sends me the car title.

Here at TD Bank, we do offer escrow accounts. Typically, escrow accounts are offered for Landlord/Tenant account, or attorney purposes, and it can be opened in person at any local TD Bank Store. For your inquiry, you would need to establish a different type of account, such as a Checking/Savings/Money Market account.
