Again, once you are able to access a fax, you may fax your documents to: 1-207-755-4336.
Should you have any other questions or if this is not the information you are requesting, you're welcome to call our Financial Solutions Group, they are available 24/7. When calling from any country outside the United States, please dial us direct at 1-856-751-9000 or call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 (if you are able to gain access to a land line).
We hope this helps and please have a great one!

I needed to submit the Homeowners Insurance Declaration per a letter from Angela -- I faxed the doucments on July 24 and on August 15 I received a SECOND NOTICE for the documents and advising me that if I don't send it, insurance would be purchased for me -- huh! I Fed Exed the documents today in hopes they'll arrive by August 23 and also faxed the document AGAIN today to the attention of Angela . Please advise ASAP if the documents were received. And if they were not received, WHO can I send the documents to to ensure receipt of delivery.

Hi Maryhelen. Thanks for reaching out to us.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information or loan documents, but we'd like to direct you.
We realize that this is time sensitive and recommend that you reach out to your loan processor as soon as possible to confirm receipt of this document. If you do not have direct contact info for your loan processor, you can call our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020. We should be able to get you in touch with your loan processor.
We hope to hear from you soon, Maryhelen. Take care!
