I have a US Dollars account in TD Bank. I am waiting for a transfer in Euros from Germany. Will Euros be converted automatically to Dollars or I have to open a Euro account to receive such a transfer?

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Alexander. This is a great question, and we'll happy to point you in the right direction.
When you receive a wire that was not sent in U.S. Dollars, the funds will automatically be converted once we receive them from the financial institution who initiated the wire. The funds that will be credited to your account will be based on the current exchange rate at that time.
You should expect to receive payment within three to five business days. We will post all incoming wires the banking day they are received. International wire transfers sent by US Dollars can be received until 6:30pm or if the incoming wire is Foreign Currency it can be received until 3:30pm on the current banking day.
Please note that fees may apply; you can find the details in our Fee Schedule at the following link: https://go.td.com/1cTejgt. Also, at this time we may not process incoming Pay upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender.
We hope this helped, Alexander. Have a great weekend, and enjoy the rest of your day.
