I have an Euro account at TD and would like to withdraw cash from my account.
Asking at the counter I was told that the operation that shoud be done is : transfer EURO to CAD then transferring CAD to EURO.
All this operations would cost 8 % which means that I would get only get the only 98 % of my money !
If the bank has euro at the branch why couldn't the bank give me the cash euro and debit my account with the amount?
