I noticed that I'm in the negative and getting overdraft fee.s From what I red the overdraft fees will stop once I pay the negative amount that is due. I get paid on October 30th via direct deposit. Will My work pay still go through my bank account and stop the overdraft fees?

Hi there Patricia,
We're sorry to hear about any trouble with your account right now! We'll be happy to discuss this with you so that you'll know what to expect.
Since you're asking about your direct deposit, we'd like to tell you that this will arrive normally, even if your account is overdrawn. The deposit would be added to the balance and would cover any overdraft first; any remaining amount after that would be available for you to spend.
Please also keep in mind that Overdraft fees would only be assessed if transactions overdraw your account; we would not charge you per day while your account is overdrawn. With that being said, kindly note that a Sustained Overdraft fee could apply if your account remains overdrawn for ten consecutive days and you can see more on our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you would like to discuss your account in better detail with us, we invite you to do so. Please call us on 888-751-9000, 24/7, so we can take a look at this with you and tell you a bit more. If you would like you can also stop in to any TD Bank Store listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this eases your mind a bit, Patricia.
If you have other questions, just give us a ring at the number we just listed or you can use the 'Reply' button to chat with us again.
Wishing you a great night, take care!
