Additionally, if you use Online Banking, you may send us a Secure Message with your question. To do so, once you're logged in, on the left hand side of the page please click Send a Message which will be located under the Message Center.
If you're not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to sign up please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started. Once you complete the self-service form you will have immediate access to your accounts and be able to send the Secure Message.
