I am forced to reset my password every time I try to log in to my online account when using my laptop. I do not have this problem when using the app on my phone. How do I fix this issue?

This error may be coming from the browser you are accessing. If your username is saved to your browser, we suggest removing it. This may cause an error while trying to log into your online account.
