We're sorry you are experiencing trouble with your debit card.
There could be multiple reasons why your debit card is declining. For example, since you are making an online purchase, you could be entering an invalid CVC code. Another example would be that TD Bank could flagging the website as suspicious or fraud. With that being said we would need to speak with you directly to review your account and debit card further.
