In order to use our External Transfers service, please note that you must have a Personal Online Banking Account with us, as well as a US address, a unique US phone number, a Social Security number, and a valid unique email address.
If you've met these requirements, we'll want to ensure that your profile information is correctly up-to-date so that you can begin making your transfers.
