Recently, some online merchants have been requesting their customers to input their card information to verify themselves through their sites prior to making purchases. To confirm if the site you're using is one of these companies, we recommend contacting the merchant directly. The merchant will also be able to troubleshoot the error that you're getting when completing the Verified by Visa section.
You may also feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists if you are using your TD debit card to make the online purchases. After account verification, our Specialists will be able to check to see if the decline was coming from our end.
