If you have previously made a purchase using your TD Visa Debit Card and later canceled your order, your refund should be returned to the debit card you used on the original purchase.
Credits for merchant returns typically takes 3-5 business days to be credited back onto your TD Bank Debit Card. If you have yet to see your credit after 5 business days, you may connect with one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also reach out to the merchant directly for more information on their return policy.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a Secure Message using www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you have not enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have a TD Bank ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you have any trouble enrolling in TD Bank Online Banking, feel free to give us a call at the number listed above.
