Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Ed.
Here at TD Bank, you may order foreign currency or exchange foreign currency to U.S. dollars at any of our convenient Store locations during lobby hours. As the exchange rates are subject to change daily, you may call ahead to the TD Bank Store location you choose for information regarding the exchange rates. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations near you.
Another option you have to obtain the current exchange rates is by our TD International Services at 888-BNG-INTL (888-264-4685) or you can send them an email by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1pvwJIu. Please note that there may be fees associated with foreign currency conversions and for more information please review our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Noticing that you're writing in from Canada, we want to let you know that you’ve reached TD Bank here in the U.S. If you are trying to connect with TD Canada Trust, we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1yY7uBd, our friend Alex answered a similar question and we think this could help. Additionally, if you have any other questions regarding your TD Canada Trust account, feel free to submit your own inquiry on their TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1qHQQns.
We hope this helps to make banking on both sides of the border convenient!
