Thank you for connecting with us on TD Helps, Gail. We're more than happy to offer some options here so you may obtain a new TD debit card as soon as possible.
The replacement card is normally mailed to your address on file within 30 days prior to the expiration date. However, delays may occur depending on your postal office.
As you mentioned that you current debit card is already expired, if you are able to visit a TD Bank Store location during normal lobby hours, you may obtain a new debit card immediately. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank Stores have instant issue machines where any Customer Service Representative would be happy to print out a new card for you during your visit. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the replacement card which is already mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you receive a new card at the Store.
We'd also like to mention that you can order a new debit card by calling us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, and after account verification, we'd be happy to order one for you. Once it is ordered, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
No matter which option you prefer, please be sure to confirm with our Banking Specialists (over the phone or in Store) that we have your current address on file. If not, we'll be more than happy to update it for you.
Hope this helps, Gail. Have a great day!
