I'm looking to online transfer money to someone quickly, and I see pop money says you can send a next-day payment for $7.00, but I can't see a place where I can select this.

Thanks for taking the time to write into TD Helps, Laura! We'll be sure to answer any questions you may have about Popmoney.
Customers with personal deposit accounts can conveniently and securely send money to or request money from other people through the Person-to-Person payment service via Online Banking; provided by Popmoney. There are two delivery options when paying other people, 3 business day delivery or next day. Please note, if your account is less than 90 days old, the next day delivery option will not be available. In order to qualify for the next business day delivery option, the eligible account must not have any returned items for a rolling 3 months. The recipient will receive the money on the next business day if the person who is sending funds to someone who has used Popmoney, has turned on Automatic Deposit or if recipient's bank account information is provided.
If money is being sent via e-mail or mobile, the recipient must provide his/her bank account information by 1 a.m. ET in order to receive the funds on the next business day. Automatic Deposit is the easiest and fastest way to receive money. It allows recipient to designate one account into which payments from all participating financial institutions will be automatically deposited. Once turned on, there's nothing more to do. The recipient will be notified of incoming payments via e-mail or text message and the payment will be sent into the selected account. Automatic Deposit settings in Preferences can be edited as well.
We hope this information is useful and let us know if you have any questions!
