I am a customer and need help deleting and external account setup request

Good evening, Carl,
It's great to have you with us.
It sounds as though you're using our External Transfers service and would like to remove an external account you have set up. We're happy to provide the steps you'll need here:
-First, log in to your Online Banking account at: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the Transfers tab
-Click on the Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank link at the top of the page
-Once on this page, click on the "Preferences" link in the middle right of the page
-This will display all of your accounts available for transfers, both internal and external
-In the "My Other Accounts" section, locate the account you would like to delete and click the green arrow on the left hand side
-This opens with more information and a "Delete Account" button will appear.
-Click there and confirm on the following page if you'd like to complete this request.
