I am trying to set up transfer rights to/from a non TD account. I filled out all the information on Thursday, was told small amounts would be deposited and that I would need to confirm them. I found the deposits, but I don't know how to verify them. When I go to my account it says that my external account has been added and I need to check back in a few days. It's been a few days. Help please.

Good morning, Denise.
We apologize that you're having so much trouble verifying your external accounts, and we'll be more than happy to help.
When looking to add an external account you may have for the purpose of external transfers, generally speaking, two deposit amounts will be credited to the account you may have with another financial institution that will then need to be verified.
As you mentioned that this has already occurred, to verify these amounts you will first need to log into your TD Bank Personal Online Banking, which you can do by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have successfully logged on, you'll next want to click on the 'Transfers' tab, followed by the hyperlink that reads ' Transfer to or from your external accounts'. From here, click on the blue 'Preferences' hyperlink, and then under the 'My Other Accounts' section, you should see your external account listed. Then, simply click 'Verify'.
If you continue to have trouble, you're more than welcome to connect with one of our Tech Support Specialist, and they'll be happy to help! For your convenience, our Tech Support Team is here to help 24 hours a day. 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 800-493-7562. If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope you find this information helpful, Denise, and we thank you for stopping by TD Helps this morning.
Have a great day!
