I need to enroll in External Transfers but since I'm not in US I can't do the phone authentication. Is it possible to do it only by email?

Thanks for your question, Eric. We'd be glad to clarify.
Please know that in order to enroll in External Transfers you must be able to verify a U.S. address, U.S. phone number, Social Security Number and email address. We apologize for any inconvenience however we are unable to change these enrollment requirements.

To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
