Hi, about 1week ago, i got W-8BEN from TD bank. I have student account and i'm international student.
I'm a citizen of South Korea. So i don't have both SSN & ITIN; also, i don't have any income as my parents are supporting my finacial part. I wonder how can i write this document with my status that is no-income international student. And if i have to fill out and send this document to TD bank, how can i write No.5, No.6, No7 part? Would you mind to tell me how can i do it?
Plus, how can i send this letter, i mean do i have to use mail box or something else?

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Gayeon. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
We request the W8-BEN from our foreign customers who are not permanent U.S. Resident Aliens. This form is to ensure that the customer is a foreign person and not required to report income as a United States citizen, or backup withholding taxes.
If you need assistance with filling out the W8-BEN, please take a look here: http://1.usa.gov/1XD6CiS. If you'd rather speak to a Representative feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7, or visit your local TD Store. To find a nearby location take a look here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Gayeon, and please enjoy the rest of your day. Happy holidays!
