I've got a package from one online site what says it's certified pandora retailer, but I can see it's a fake. Is there any chance how can I get my money back? Can you cancel the payment?

We are sorry you're having difficulties with this purchase and we are more than happy to guide you in the right direction to get this resolved, Katerina.
First, we'd like to reassure you that in the event of any trouble with a merchant, we're here to assist you.
Since you wrote in that you did place the order for this merchandise, to dispute any charge the company made to your account you'll want to give them a call or contact them to determine if they'll provide you with a refund. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a refund before filing a claim with TD Bank.
Once you attempt to resolve this with them and they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund to you, you can then dispute the item with us. Since the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim.
Just in case the charge was made with your TD Visa Credit card, you're welcome to call 888-561-8861 for assistance.
We hope this provides some help. Let us know if you have any other questions
