Hi Zach. We're sorry to hear that there's been a fraudulent transaction on your account.
We will need to speak with you so that we access your account and best advise how to proceed. We may need to take precautions, such as issuing a new debit card in order to prevent further unauthorized transactions. We can then dispute the unauthorized charge, if its posted to your account. The dispute gives us the authority to act on you behalf to investigate and recover the money taken. If the dispute if found in your favor, any overdraft fees directly caused by the fraudulent transaction should be refunded with the dispute.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope to hear from you soon so that we may begin the dispute process. Take care, Zach.
