Thank you for joining us at TD Helps today, Milton.
If you are inquiring about when you should expect to receive your direct deposit before a holiday, funds are available to you as designated by your depositor. In some instances, your employer or depositor will send the funds to you for the business day prior to a federal holiday. We recommend reviewing this process with them to determine their policy.
For more information on the availability of direct deposits, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1BGoTT8. And if you'd like, a friendly Representative would be happy to review your account for more specific information about your deposit. Please call a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000, or stop in at any nearby TD Bank Store. You're welcome to find any Store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
There are a couple of ways that you can check if you have received the direct deposit you were looking for. We'd be more than happy to explain to you in details.
If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your balance online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you are logged onto your account, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Then select from the following drop down options “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
If you have a business account and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, and you have your ATM/debit card, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. After you select the link provided above, please choose "Business" from the drop down box and click on "Continue." Please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password.
Also, you may obtain your account transactions and balance by dialing our 24/7 Automated Telephone Banking System at 1-800-937-2000 or contacting our Customer Service Representatives 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If this is not what you are looking for, our apologies, please resubmit another question with more specific details and we would be happy to assist you then.
Let us know if this helps answer your question and have a great day!
