We appreciate you choosing to reach out to us on TD Helps, Michael.
Generally speaking, if the transfer is being sent as an ACH then it should take 2-3 business days to be credited to your account.
A confirmation is sent to you the day the wire transfer is credited to your account. Any incoming international wire transfers are usually received within 3-5 business days. We post all incoming U.S. currency wires received from Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. Also, we post all incoming foreign currency wires until 3:30PM on the current banking day.
Please note that incoming wire information must match the account title for the TD Bank account it is being received. We also do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and we return them to the sender.
You also have a few options available to verify if a deposit has been credited to your account. You may access up-to-the-minute account information 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You can also log into your online banking/mobile app and review your pending or posted transactions. If you have not enrolled yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, or if you need any assistance enrolling please feel free to contact us at the phone number above. You could also stop by any TD Bank Store for assistance. Feel free to look here to view TD Bank Store hours and locations: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for coming to TD Helps with your question and have a great day.
