I requested a fax number; however, that number is not working, none of the faxes will go through. Is there another fax number I can use to send over a bank account verification.

It sounds as though you need to verify a deposit account for one of our Customers. We apologize for misinterpreting your question!
We recommend reaching out to your local TD Store to assist with the verification of a deposit or loan account. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Our Stores can handle requests for both Business and Personal deposit and loan accounts and we recommend contacting the Store ahead of time to determine options for submitting this request.
When preparing your request, there are a few things to please remember:
- Note the address or fax number that you would like the request to be returned to
- Please make sure that your request is specific so that we include all necessary information you would like to verify
- As it sounds like you may be a third party – please understand the request must be signed and authorized by our TD Customer (or an Authorized Signer on a Business account)
