I just see there is a $24 fee in my account. What is this charge?

Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as if you may have received a Maintenance Fee.
Some of our accounts have a minimum daily balance requirement in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If your account falls below the required minimum balance, then a maintenance fee could be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
Since we're not certain from your message which type of account you have, we recommend taking a look at the link here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu, and by locating your account type, you may then review any balance requirements, as well and any applicable fees.

Additionally, if you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
