I tried Chrome and Safari to bill pay and neither worked. Amount and date would disappear if I tried to click "Make Payment" or enter another bill-pay; both cases caused error. While logged into my account, I tried to send customer service message and it errored on me, as well, saying message body was not valid. All things worked on Friday for me, so something changed.

We'd recommend disabling any plugins or themes and restore your browser default settings when this issue arises. We also suggest making sure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser and that it is accepting cookies.
