I recently purchased a ticket with greyhound online. Within a few hours i realized i would not be able to use the ticket when i first thought i would. I called to cancel the ticket and they told me they do not do amy refunds. The money has mot left my acount yet but. It is going to and im not going to be able to use the ticket. Can i file a claim toprevent them from taking the money or to have it refund soon after it is taken? I dont want to wait until 3 day grace period is up

Thanks for getting in touch with us, Jonathan. We're happy to help out.
We apologize to hear about your situation. In most cases, TD Bank should be able to file a claim on your behalf in regards to any unauthorized charges. We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you with this process.
We encourage you to call one of our Banking Specialists about the transaction, who are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. At that time, they'll be able to review the unauthorized activity which occurred, provide you with your options and file the appropriate type of dispute for you if applicable. If you prefer, we're also able to assist you at any nearby TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please see http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to locate your closest Store and hours they're available.
Prior to your visit or call, please ensure that the transactions in question have been posted to your account history and are no longer in a "Pending" status, as we're unable to file a dispute until then.
Thanks again for sending us your question, Jonathan. We hope this helps you get started.
