You are able to visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance with your Debit Card. To find a TD Store location near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Upon your visit, be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. Our Representatives will be glad to help with your Debit Card.
If you would like to replace your Debit Card as you've mentioned that it is worn, you are able to visit a TD Store, call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or send us a secure message via Online Banking.
You are able to log in to Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center. Please allow up to 24 hours for response time, and we would then confirm that a Debit Card order can be processed.
If you need to enroll for Online Banking, we ask that you contact us by dialing the number listed above or visit any TD Store during lobby hours.
Please know that Debit Cards ordered over the phone or via secure message will be sent to the address we have on file for you and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address.
