It stopped working on Wednesday morning for both business and personal accounts using Mozilla Firefox, the most recent update - when will it be fixed

Often times browser issues are caused by the storing of out of date information after your system updates. We recommend restoring your browser's default settings and clearing your cookies/cache. Doing so typically resolves browser issues.
