Hello visited Canada last winter as an exchange student and I had an account with TD bank which is now closed.
My flight ticket refund was sent to this closed account. I am asking for your bank to release the funds.
I don't have any other TD bank accounts and I came back to my home country so the address that you have doesn't work.
What should I do?
I can provide my address in my home country.

Hello Keon Ho,
Thanks for getting in touch with us all the way from Seoul.
From your message, it sounds as though you previously had an account with our partners at TD Canada Trust. We'd like to let you know that you've reached TD Bank here within the United States.
To best assist you with your refund, we encourage you to reach out to our friends at that Bank. You can post your question on their TD Helps page right here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr, or, you can reach out to them directly. A variety of contact options can be found using this link: http://bit.ly/1woOVay.
You might also like to speak the company providing your credit, to determine if they can send the funds to you directly via check or other means, rather than issuing the refund to your closed account.
We hope this provides you some direction, Keon Ho.
All the best to you in Korea and we wish you a great upcoming week!
