I am asking in regards to a business account. I am now the primary account holder of this business account & I wasn't aware that there was a user ID & password created for this account already. I requested that a user ID & password be sent to my e-mail address & it gave me a confirmation number and told me it would take around 2 business days. With this request, will it deny access to the person who has the first online ID & password ? Or will it deny me access to the user ID & password because theres already one created ?

Based on your question, it sounds like you may be enrolled in TD BusinessDirect. If this is so, a User ID and Password is given to you to access your account if you choose to open it through our self- service option. With that being said, if a User ID and Password was already created for your account, you'll need to log in with the User ID and Password that was given to you.
If you're unsure of the User ID and Password, please give one of our 24/7 Tech Support Specialists a call at 800-493-7562. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to assist you with your online banking access.

I am able to login using my current user ID and Password under a busniess account, but I want to change the password while I am still logging in.
Can you help me?
