Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your inquiry, Olive! We understand that it can be difficult to remember all the passwords we have in this digital world!
If you do not remember your password, you may reset it through our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq via your PC or web browser on your mobile device. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password box. Select the account type, input your User Name and enter in the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
