Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Mariam! We`ll be glad to point you in the right direction this evening.
We`d like to begin by stating that we can honor a power of attorney allowing you to access an account for any party or parties listed on the power of attorney. The would allow you to have access to an account acting on behalf of your father, or mother, or both, if both are listed on the power of attorney.
If you should have any questions, feel free to visit your local TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Have a good night and take care, Mariam!
