It is a pleasure to have you here on TD Helps, Dana.
We understand your concern about online security but we'd like to go through a few options first to try to gain you access again.
We recommend disabling any plugins or themes and restore your browser browser defaults. Please also make sure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser and that it is accepting cookies. Our website (www.tdbank.com) is compatible with the most current popular internet browsers but if you continue to have issues with the browser you are using, we suggest trying a different browser to log into your Online Banking to see if the problem persists.
If you are still unable to proceed, please feel free to contact our Tech Support 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562.
And, if you have any further concerns about banking online with TD and our security commitment, feel free to check out our Security Center here: http://bit.ly/1npPddy.
Hope this helps and have a great day.
