From your message, it's possible that either your user name or password isn't working right now. If it's your password that might be causing the issue and you know your user name and have a Social Security number, then you can try resetting your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
