Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Alex. We'd be happy to help.
You are able to take a look at the Convenience Checking Account Guide found here: http://bit.ly/18IVtY0. The link will detail the fees associated with this account type specifically. You are also able to check out our Fee Schedule for Personal Accounts found here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. The Fee Schedule has a few additional details that you may find helpful.
If you see a fee on your account that you would like to discuss, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to discuss any fees in question. Similarly you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above, visit a TD Store during lobby hours or sign up online by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to complete the enrollment.
We hope this helps, Alex and have a good afternoon.
