I do not want to bank online but have several TD accounts that I until recently could just check to see the balances on hand. No longer seem to be able to do that and wonder why.
I am deaf and it is already very difficult to bank without that data because just to check a balance with TD it seems now as if I have to drive to the actual bank for information that has been available on my PC for years.

Td Bank does offer a video relay service for our TTY Users and hearing Impaired Customers. If you wish to use TTY or Relay Operator Assistance, please contact our Relay Service Number at (800) 852-7899. Once connected, a Communication Assistant will help our hearing impaired Customers communicate with a TD Bank Customer Service Representative at (888) 751-9000.
