Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Jane. We'd be happy to help.
To view the different types of TD Credit Cards, please visit: http://bit.ly/1qRnByN. To answer your question specifically, currently, our TD First Class Signature Credit Card does not have foreign transaction fees. For more details, please check out: http://bit.ly/1AyxEBB.
When using your TD Credit Card Internationally, foreign transaction fees may apply. At this time, a 3% international surcharge would be included with any purchases made outside of the United States. Please be aware however that these fees may be subject to change, and to view the general terms for a Personal Credit Card, please see here: http://bit.ly/1klVfbF (Page 12). Kindly also note that if you have a Credit Card with TD Bank, a Credit Card Agreement specific to your account is issued at that time of approval and may contain different terms.
Should you have any other questions, you are always welcome to contact us directly at 888-561-8861. We are available 24/7 and would be happy to help!
